1) What is your return policy?
We offer 1-for-1 exchange if the product is found to be defective upon purchase.

2) What is the product warranty?
We do factory supplier product manufacturer warranty.
Warranty does NOT cover any issues related to 3rd party apps (as we are not app developer) or self loaded software/apps causing malfunctions, external devices (NOT supplied by us - such as existing car camera/sound system, external display monitors, etc) or system/wiring modifications after installation (removal/fitment) or personal misuse/damages.
3) What are the product features and how does it look like?
All advertised product photos are real and as per description details
4) Do I need to make any pre-payments or place a deposit?
No. Not required.
All our advertised products are ready stock (unless informed otherwise).
5) How do I make payment?
We accept cash, bank transfers, Paynow/Paylah.

6) How do I collect my purchase?
We do meet-ups, mailing or courier delivery. Please contact us for more details.

7) Do you provide installation of car players/cameras?
Yes. We do provide one stop installation service.
Purchase and Installation at the same location. All done on the spot (one stop service).
* For those products that we do not provide installation, we can recommend other professional installers at no charge.

8) How to use the product after installation?
We will run through the set up and operation of the product with you.
9) How long do you take to reply emails?
All emails and text messages will be replied as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

10) Why is my camera not recording?
You may need to format your SD card in the camera before use to prevent corrupted files.
Please also take note of the maximum storage supported which can be found in the manuals.
We recommend Class 10 memory cards and you may purchase one from us.
